CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Led by strength and conditioning expert, Tony Gray, Athletes Rx caters to the high school athlete. Athletes can work one on one or in a team setting with Tony and our team of trainers. Groups can meet at 865 or offsite. Athletes Rx is your prescription for a winning season.

Our conditioning program matches cardiovascular training with strength and core work for one action packed hour. This class is for everyone- CrossFitters, newbies, and cardio junkies. Using AccuroFit heart rate tracking software you can feel and see exactly how hard you’re working, total calorie burn, and the EPOC or post exercise burn. Cardio doesn’t have to be boring, and it isn’t with ShRED!



Spend time one on one or in a semi private setting with one of our expert trainers. Gym membership is not necessary to work with our trainers from anything from yoga to race prep to Olympic lifts. Whether you are new to the gym or looking to hone in on some skills, Elevate will take your fitness to the next level.
